Although it was not included in the price of our stay, the value was well worth the $9.95, and the staff serving it were friendly and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and restaurants.

Additionally, the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, even with the sheepskin mattress cover. These were the only downsides we noticed during our stay.

The suite was perfect for my family of four, with a separate bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. the hotel's location was ideal, close to the Museum of Glass in Corning and the PBR event in Elmira. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. the room service was fast and the food was delicious. a great experience!

The only downside was the attitude of one of the barmaids on our first night. She seemed unhappy and it affected the overall experience.

The hotel's proximity to a mall and a variety of dining options was a definite plus, as there was always something to see, do, and eat nearby.
