We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for our family of 5. The staff at the front desk, especially Laurie, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and suggestions for local attractions. Although it was not included in the price of our stay, the value was well worth the $9.95, and the staff serving it were friendly and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and restaurants.

Everything is what we need and want.

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a weekend getaway. The room and lobby décor were incredibly fresh and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in Horseheads for a few nights and had a great experience. The facility was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, even with the sheepskin mattress cover. These were the only downsides we noticed during our stay.

The suite was perfect for my family of four, with a separate bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. the hotel's location was ideal, close to the Museum of Glass in Corning and the PBR event in Elmira. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. the room service was fast and the food was delicious. a great experience!

The only downside was the attitude of one of the barmaids on our first night. She seemed unhappy and it affected the overall experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the Southern Finger Lakes area. The location was ideal as it allowed for easy exploration of the Finger Lakes region and was close to Elmira for additional attractions. The hotel's proximity to a mall and a variety of dining options was a definite plus, as there was always something to see, do, and eat nearby.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

It's a great value for the money and we highly recommend joining the Hilton Honors program for some extra perks.

The water pressure in our room was non-existent during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. However, the issue was resolved after about 20 minutes, allowing us to clean up and continue our day. our stay at Hilton Garden was pleasant and I would recommend it.

The pool was a good size and the hot tub was just the right temperature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn.
