the hotel is very new, and we were thrilled to find that the pool, gym, and sauna were all amazing. the breakfast served each morning was a treat, and we appreciated the small, quaint Japanese touches throughout the hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing quick support through their WhatsApp number. the rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. the option to use their free bikes and electric scooters made it so convenient to explore Hanoi.

Great staff, they fixed my shower right away and even added extra mattresses to make the super hard bed more comfortable. Loved the pool and lounge area. Used the washing machine in my room! Breakfast was delicious, especially the Vietnamese options.

This hotel is a luxurious gem that exceeded our expectations. the one bedroom suite was high, end, equipped with exclusive amenities and had a cozy atmosphere with advanced tech features. the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna were well, maintained and new. the private facilities added to our comfort level and the staff were nice, helpful, and spoke good English. the garden area with a pool view was relaxing and peaceful after a day of exploring the city center, which was a 4km ride by bike or grab/gojek.

The minor inconvenience was the location, a little bit far from the city center. it is made up for by the spacious bedroom and more peaceful surroundings.

As a bike rider, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to West Lake and famous cultural spots. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with modern appliances and a "super" water filter installed in the kitchen. The staff is extremely hospitable and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The pool area is wonderful, with a sauna and well-equipped gym nearby. this hotel provides a home-like atmosphere and attention to detail that made my stay exceptional.

Everything was very new and clean, with a lot of modern technology, like interphones with cameras. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was nice, with both Japanese and Western options. It was conveniently located near a large department store and not too far from the main tourist area. the hotel also had amenities like a Japanese water filter.

My experience at this hotel was not great. Despite the nice amenities and location, there were no windows in my room and I found it to be quite stuffy.
