This hotel is in a great location, with all the restaurants nearby but still far enough away from the busy shops. The rooms are well proportioned and the furnishings are well maintained. The basic amenities are provided, and the towels are clean and fresh. The breakfast, prepared by the same chef, is included and delicious.

The housekeeping service could use some improvement. On multiple occasions, guests complained about the trash not being emptied and the coffee not being refilled in their rooms.

The receptionist Rachel was amazing - friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room and grounds were clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautifully decorated lobby. Easy check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast buffet.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waitress who served us dinner was lovely and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs, easily accessible and easy to find. We also loved the grab and go options at the front, and the plentiful and free parking. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the area outside of Baltimore. The location was perfect, with tons of options nearby from restaurants to stores to a movie theater. It was in close proximity to all the restaurants but far enough away so there was no noise from the busy shops. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even called to arrange the return of a forgotten item. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. We also enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast and the good coffee.
