Convenient location near shuttle buses to the venue and friendly and accommodating staff. The staff was patient during our after-party in the lobby and even allowed us to order a large delivery. The hotel room was clean and the check-in process was easy. I appreciated the sticker on the door indicating that the room had been cleaned.

There was constant stomping noise from above throughout the night, which was very irritating and made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom vent wasn't working, but since I was only there for one night, it wasn't a major issue for me.
