We loved the location of this hotel, right by Fisherman's Wharf and close to all the downtown mega hotels. The size of the rooms was impressive, providing everything we needed to feel the luxury. The helpful staff made our stay even better, providing excellent concierge services and giving us useful tips for exploring the city. The restaurant offered great food, and we also enjoyed the classic Buena Vista Cafe around the corner.

We also loved the option to rent electric scooters and bicycles from the hotel, which added to the excitement of our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for sightseeing and accessing restaurants. It's in a great area, with so many things within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and attractions like Ben & Jerry's and Ghirardelli Square. The staff, from the valets to the front desk, were all friendly and helpful. They even allowed dogs, which was a big plus for us. The building and rooms were excellent, offering comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The wine bar and in-house restaurant were outstanding, adding to the luxurious feel of the place. we had a wonderful experience here!

The only downside we can think of is that the area can get quite populated with tourists, making it a bit crowded at times. However, this would only be a con if you're trying to get downtown or anywhere else quickly.

We were within walking distance of all the piers that interested us, as well as the lively Fisherman's Wharf area. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in a nautical theme, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfying. We even had a great view from our room of. The hotel also offered complimentary bike rental and treasure boxes for the kids at the front desk.

There were a few cleanliness issues in the room, such as dust on the tables, food stains on the coffee table, and hairs in the restroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across the street from the waterfront and on a prime tourist street. It was like being at "ground zero" of the tourist area in Fisherman's, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel had a great promenade where we could stroll and take in the beautiful views. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special mention goes to the doorman who greeted us with a warm smile upon our arrival. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered convenient services like room service and bicycle hire. We couldn't have asked for more!
