Noise from the highway made sleeping difficult.

absolutely terrible experience. the noise from the interstate was just unbearable— I mean, who needs sleep, right? hint, no room service and the pool was closed. rude staff dismissed my concerns like I'm just another regular guest. I almost left a good review, but I just couldn't. after all, I deserve a little pampering, not this nonsense!

My visit to Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Pearl was enjoyable, with a clean and inviting lobby and comfortable beds. However, I noticed a musty smell on the 4th floor and faced some road noise in the morning, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Great for families needing multiple mirrors in the room during busy mornings and a fantastic breakfast to start the day!

The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and my room was large and clean. The beds were decent, and I had great water pressure in the shower. A comfy spot for a quick stay!

But good grief! I could've hosted a concert with the highway noise right outside my window. The fridge door had sticky handles—yikes!

The whole stay was, like, totally gnarly. I was let down by the rude staff, and the highway noise was just way too loud to sleep! My room wasn’t clean—sticky fridge handles? Seriously? It was a bummer 'cause the beds seemed comfy, but I couldn’t catch any Z’s with all that racket. No way I’d come back.

However, the noise from the nearby interstate is a real issue for light sleepers, making it difficult to catch some Z's. Other quirks include unclean bathrooms reported by guests and poorly managed room assignments, leading to mix-ups that could use some attention. Plus, don’t get caught off guard with breakfast fees—it felt like there should’ve been more clarity. Overall, while the hotel has its perks, there are definitely areas that could use a reboot.

During my stay, the cleanliness of the room and the delicious food were standouts. It felt like a posh escape rather than just another stop on my journey. The manager was as kind as your grandma who always outdoes herself during the holidays, making sure our every need was met.

i recently stayed at the hilton garden during a brief getaway and it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit to pearl. the staff was super helpful and made me feel welcome, which made a big difference. overall, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable while i relaxed.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a convenient roundtrip airport shuttle that made my short stay hassle-free and a great complimentary breakfast that energized my mornings.

the whirlpool in the room was a great feature for relaxation. the cleaning was questionable.

Great location near Bass Pro and outlet mall with tons of eateries nearby (easy access! ). Staff was lovely, really made you feel welcome. Room had a microwave AND a small fridge, which was a nice touch.

Everything was exactly right.

the check-in process was quick. but the carpet in our room looked dirty and dated. the breakfast was a highlight, with made-to-order omelets and delicious pastries. staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, fitness center, and restaurant. The staff helped me with dining directions on my first stay, making me feel at home. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!
