Great Service & Food: the staff at this hotel was excellent - friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. the service was top-notch and the food was delicious. A definite highlight of my stay.

Hot Tub Accessibility: the hot tub was quite difficult to access, especially for someone like me who is shorter and older. It would have been helpful if there were additional amenities or assistance to make it easier to get in and out of.

I had a fantastic stay at this clean and elegant hotel. The hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, and business center, were top-notch. The location was perfect, easy to get to old town Masilla and close to major highways. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel had a restaurant that served delicious food, and it was open by 5:00 pm, not just once but two days in a row. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The most impressive thing about my stay at Hilton Garden was the amazing location. It was conveniently located just off I25, making it easy to access. Additionally, the staff was fantastic and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel had a great breakfast bar and a nice pool. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and exceptional service.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway and nearby attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient for storing and heating up snacks. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and provided great directions and recommendations for local restaurants.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing a lot of discomfort and resulting in a bad night's sleep. Unfortunately, when we requested a different room, the bed in the alternative room was just as bad.

Perfect location, stunning mountain views, clean rooms, friendly staff, spacious and elegant lobby.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious rooms. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and spa area, were fantastic. The location was perfect, right off the highway with easy access to the city and near the UNM district. We were happy to find out they had a restaurant that was still open, and the breakfast bar in the hotel was a nice touch. The staff members were all delightful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near a convenience store, in a peaceful area, and with easy access to the freeway. Despite being close to everything, the hotel was quiet, which made it easy to get some restful sleep. We were happy to find out that they had a restaurant that was still open. The room was pretty comfortable and spacious, while the bathroom had good water pressure.

Some facilities were not up to the standards we were expecting based on previous experiences in other hotels.
