We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us and were very friendly. The location was great, with the beach within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was top-notch, offering a wide variety of options including eggs, sausage, pancakes.

During our recent stay at Residence Inn, we were impressed by the amazing southern hospitality shown by Jenna and the rest of the Marriott team. Despite the difficult times we are facing, they made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was superb. We can't wait for things to get back to normal so we can return! we highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary champagne at check-in and the bottled water at check-out. It's those little touches that make a hotel stand out. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the kitchen in the room was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was perfect for our family stay. The location directly on the beach was incredible, and the basic amenities were all great. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating, and the rooms with a full kitchen were incredibly helpful for us. Plus, breakfast included in the rate was a great touch.

The staff was amazing, celebrating our anniversary with room decorations and a bottle of prosecco. Robin at the front desk was super sweet and the hotel made sure we had a great time. The rooms were spacious, soundproof, and well-designed with separate sleeping areas. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus. We loved the big patio with tables, umbrellas, and grills, as well as the pool, hot tubs, and outdoor games. The breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast itself was delicious, with a variety of options.

We did notice some stains on the bed sheets, but the management was prompt in addressing the issue and changing the sheets. Additionally, as pet-friendly as the hotel claims to be, we observed dogs on a floor they were not supposed to be on, which may not be ideal for guests with allergies.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, with great restaurants and the ocean very close by. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast is very good. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, as they showed in the story of the mother with cancer who received a gift basket and lots of care.

Some staff members, like the hostess at the entrance, could be less rude and provide better customer service.
