Our stay at Hilton Garden was perfect for our purposes. We were in town for a wedding and our stay was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the crib we requested was already set up in our room. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was spacious. The fold out couch was easy to set up and provided extra sleeping space. The gym was easily accessible and available 24/7. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with friendly service. our experience was amazing.

The hotel staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Louisville were fantastic! They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had, especially considering that we are physically handicapped. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offered convenient parking, although it was a bit pricey. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Palace Theater where we attended a concert. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service we received at the restaurant 8up, especially from Eleanor. The food was delicious and the staff made us feel right at home. our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn was exceptional.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of downtown. It was close to several attractions and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient as it required taking two separate elevators. This made me feel a bit uneasy, especially when alone.

We stayed at this hotel for our Christmas getaway. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the rooftop bar and restaurant, which offered a great view and delicious food.

We were disappointed with the lack of maid service during our stay. It seemed inconsistent and unreliable.

The lobby offers decent complimentary coffee and infused water, perfect for refreshing after a day of adventure. The 8 Up Bar on the roof is excellent, with a great selection of Kentucky bourbon and generous "2 oz" pours.

This hotel was a great find! The location was perfect - very close to the concert venues and right in the downtown area. It was close to everything, yet just a little bit away from the center, so it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were updated and had all the basic amenities we needed. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the hot food was quickly made. We really enjoyed our stay here.
