Rooms clean, good pressure shower, plenty of towels. Bed turned down with chocolates each night. Staff amazing - problem with room resolved, offered larger room. Tasty breakfast, pancake machine reminiscent of easy bake oven. Robes a nice touch. Big bathroom with awesome shower. Tinted windows and horse race viewing in hallway. Hospitality room a nice touch.

Our check-in experience was smooth and efficient. We arrived early and the front desk staff, Holly, kindly put our names down for a room once it became available. She even took my phone number for communication. At 5:10pm, we decided to check on the status and despite a miscommunication about my phone being out of service, Holly promptly checked us in. Though I was initially placed on the third floor, the rest of our stay was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the toiletries were pleasant, and the staff, including the waitress at Fortune's, were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here overnight following a Buffalo Bills game and had an early flight from Rochester airport. The location was great, only 35 minutes away. Our room was huge, nicely decorated, and had a very comfortable bed. The large bathroom had a great shower. We enjoyed watching the horses training from our room. The included breakfast was good, and the housekeeping staff does a great job. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Tons of dining options were available in the building or nearby.

I had a fantastic weekend getaway at Hotel At Batavia Downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bed and pillows were super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The large shower and tall ceilings in the room added a luxurious touch. The highlight of my stay was the great view of the horse races from my room. The breakfast was delicious, and the service in the Fortune's restaurant was excellent. The casino was also a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to return again soon.

While the room was comfortable, the lack of soundproofing was a bit disappointing as I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the parking situation was inconvenient, having to park in the main lot and drag my luggage across the casino.

Stayed here for a night of horse racing and had a fantastic time. The hotel is new and very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect - directly in the casino and with a gift shop on-site. Staff were very friendly and helpful - even called us a taxi to go out. Plus, it was fun to watch the horses in the race track from outside our room.

We appreciated the modern amenities like the lighted mirror in the bathroom and the Keurig coffee maker. the housekeeping staff was attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised to find our requested extra towels waiting for us when we returned to our room. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including a unique pancake maker. the customer service employees overseeing breakfast were outstanding.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the convenience of having everything I needed right at the hotel. The room was stunning and immaculate, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was surprisingly close to great restaurants and attractions like Six Flags, making it a perfect getaway in my own backyard. I especially enjoyed the concert series, and seeing Survivor perform was a highlight of my stay.

The property was great for many reasons. We had a fantastic time being able to watch the race from our room or from the bar, where we could also go outside to watch. The buffet was enjoyable, and we even tried our luck with some free play at the casino. The staff was excellent, and breakfast was good. the hotel provided a great getaway for us at an affordable price.

We stayed at a great place for a concert at At Batavia Downs. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a lovely bathroom. The staff was friendly, allowing us to check in early and providing helpful answers to our questions. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had, served in a separate dining room. The casino was a fun addition, with new slot machines and a non-smoking floor. a wonderful value and no complaints.

Secondly, the location of the hotel within the race track added a unique and exciting atmosphere to our stay. We were able to enjoy the races from the comfort of our room with a view of the track. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great, especially the tub for bathing. It provided a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring. Furthermore, the fact that breakfast was included made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The bellman named Larry was amazing, he helped us with everything we needed from our bags to getting us a taxi. Larry runs the whole hotel with a smile on his face and the kind of customer service we should expect. Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend.

the new and impeccably clean hotel had spacious rooms with super comfy beds. Although not fully carpeted, it wasn't a big deal when our toddler ran around. Kathy, the friendly staff at the breakfast, made our mornings delightful. We enjoyed watching the horses on the race track right outside our room. a down-to-earth atmosphere with great breakfast and interesting views.

Everything was exactly what I needed and wanted! 😊
