I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had no trouble finding parking. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving an issue with my breakfast charge. The hotel was also in a convenient location.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of hot food choices.

The hotel had clean rooms, nice location right next to Mercer's athletic fields and right off I75, and access to Mercer University. We enjoyed the facilities, including a pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were a handful of local restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the accommodations was excellent, and the room had a lot of space. The bed was very comfortable, and we found the blankets and pillows to be much comfier than other hotels we've been to recently. The hotel facilities were great, including the restaurant, where the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The location of this hotel was also a major plus, as it is centrally located on the Mercer campus and very close to attractions like the Big House on Vineville, downtown, and Rose Hill Cemetery. Additionally, we appreciated the available parking spaces and the short wait for the elevator. The staff in general, including the young lady who cleaned our room, were all very helpful and made our visit enjoyable.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. I booked in advance for a special occasion and requested an upgrade. The hotel not only granted my request, but also provided me with a fantastic room. The price was a bit high, but it was understandable considering the quality of the accommodation. The hotel's location, just 400 yards away from the Hawkins Center, where my event was held, was extremely convenient. But what really impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs, and their genuine friendliness made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was bright and inviting. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff here is amazing! They went out of their way to help us during a stressful time. They asked about my family member in the hospital and even showed my mom how to get around. the whole staff made us feel cared for. the location was perfect for us since we were attending a local baseball showcase. the field was right across the street, making it convenient for our 16U baseball team. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. a great stay!

The only downside was that our room was a bit noisy due to plumbing noises from an adjacent room. As a light sleeper, it was quite noticeable and affected my sleep.
