The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They made sure our room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Plus, the on-site lounge and restaurant provided a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or drink.

We did find that the property itself was a bit old and worn. Some areas could use an update, such as the rooms and the parking garage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. The location was perfect, right across the street from the civic center and within easy walking distance of multiple nice eateries. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The hotel facilities were great, and I loved that there was free parking available. everything about my stay was perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of downtown Mankato, Minnesota. It is just a short walk to the event center, making it perfect for attending hockey games or other events. There are also multiple nice eateries within walking distance, offering plenty of dining options. Additionally, downtown Antique shops are just a few blocks away, providing a unique shopping experience. The rooms are well-appointed with amenities such as a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The noise from the furnace can be quite bothersome, which can disrupt the overall experience.

This hotel offers great value for money as it has reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is also convenient, with reserved parking and easy access to downtown and antique shops. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms offer a nice view of Mankato along with very comfortable beds. Although breakfast is not included in the rate, there are multiple nice eateries within walking distance.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden. The manager, Dustin, was amazing. The customer service and attention to detail were top-notch. The pool was great and the location couldn't be better for an enjoyable evening. The coffee in the morning used to be complimentary and I miss that, but overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in, but the hotel quickly found a solution and offered us a lower-priced room. The bedding was comfortable and the view was nice. The location is perfect for events at the nearby Verizon Center, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.

Great staff and clean rooms. We had an issue with the pool but the staff promptly resolved it and made sure we were comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

I was amazed by the complimentary room upgrade given to me when I checked in as the "guest of the day". Our suite on the top floor had a terrace and a jacuzzi tub, which made our stay extra special. The kids loved the pool and hot tub too. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel offered two complimentary beverages, which was a great touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with rusted light fixtures and peeling wallpaper. the linens were too small for the bed, causing them to pop off the corners, making it uncomfortable while trying to sleep.
