The facilities were fantastic, with a comfortable bed and friendly staff. The personal touches and amenities like fresh cookies and lemonade were a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel provided treats and a water bowl for fur babies, which was great for guests with pets.

We felt very cared for and had no complaints during our stay.

The hotel's location in a great area in Memphis, right across from the IKEA store, provided convenient access to lots of things to do nearby. The upscale area made us feel safe and the proximity to shopping options was a big plus.

Bigger TV in room. Professional and polite new manager handled difficult customer with calm and character. Friendly staff. Clean common areas, parking lot, and room. Excellent breakfast staff greeted with Tennessee hospitality. Helpful staff including exceptional grille crew, good cleaning crew, and improving front desk.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and everything was functional, from the shower with soft towels to the TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The hotel facilities, including the saltwater pool, exercise room, and pavilion, were all great experiences. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Plus, the location of this hotel is perfect, in a great area in Memphis, right across from the IKEA store, with lots of things to do nearby and plenty of better than average restaurants. The staff was friendly, informative, and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The location of this hotel was excellent, situated in the vibrant Wolfchase area of Memphis there are lots to do nearby, including great shopping at the IKEA store right across the street. Our room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our family of four. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, and the service from the staff was impeccable. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast, which offered reasonable prices and a great start to our day.

We did encounter some mechanical issues during our stay that detracted from our overall experience.

The parking was secure and plentiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The building was well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The maintenance team was knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right across from a popular store, in a very upscale area. There are lots of things to do nearby and it was super convenient. The staff was extremely friendly, from check-in to room service, and I had great overall customer service. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight and the wi-fi worked great. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and flat-screen TV.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, right across from a popular furniture store and within walking distance to an amazing BBQ place. It was so convenient to have these options close by, especially after a long drive.

The delightful lady at check-in made us feel so welcome and valued. She had a wonderful attitude and made the start of our stay memorable. Hilton Garden Inn provided a clean and spacious room. The breakfast had some issues, but it was resolved in the end. The location of the hotel was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located, only about 20-30 minutes away, making it an excellent choice for our race weekend. We were able to easily extend our checkout time, allowing us to clean up and change before heading to KY. Plus, the hotel is situated near IKEA and a variety of restaurants, making it perfect for families. The property itself was super clean, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and amazing staff.
