Had an epic breakfast that filled me with local flavors—shoutout to the chef for that heavenly meal! Also, the front desk service was on point, making check-in a breeze. The cozy atmosphere really set the tone for a delightful stay!

But the property felt a bit tired. It's got that 'old charm' we often see before a changeover—caught a mildew whiff in the bathroom and faced a chilly reception at the coffee station. Still, for the price, I can't complain too much.

From my arrival, the welcoming atmosphere was clear, especially when Jane at the bar made me feel right at home with her engaging personality. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring made-to-order omelets that added that special touch to my mornings. Plus, the proximity to shopping and dining made it a convenient and delightful stay!

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Merrillville was like finding that extra slice of pizza at a party. The staff, like Jane, Gary, and Jesse, made us feel at home even when rain derailed our baseball plans. They entertained our kids and provided cookies. The room was immaculate, adding to the delightful atmosphere. I genuinely appreciate how the staff worked hard to make the rainy days fun. Ten stars if I could!

wow, i gotta say the staff here is super friendly and made me feel like family. miss jane at the bar is just amazin, she remembers everyone and really knows how to make ur day. the breakfast was on point with made-to-order omelets that hit the spot. also, my room was really clean and comfy, def gave me good vibes. it was nice to see everyone working hard to put a smile on our faces!

but i had some billing issues at check-in that took way too long to sort out and the bkfst ran outta food and wasn't restocked. kinda frustrating.

King Room was super clean. The fitness center and laundry were a lifesaver during my busy trip.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with clean surroundings. The kids had fun at the pool, and the location is close to Deep River Water Park, making it a convenient choice for families like ours. The staff was friendly and attentive.

In my wife’s opinion, more lighting in the bathroom would be great.
