Great service! the staff at this hotel were top-notch. From the friendly bar staff to the helpful front desk and housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the drinks at the bar were excellent and the service was personable. the dining experience was also outstanding, with welcoming and friendly staff and delicious meals cooked to perfection. the service provided by the hotel staff was one of the best aspects of my stay.

Rude front desk and dirty sheets. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by the behavior of two staff members at the front desk who were rude to a large group of guests.

The staff went above and beyond to assist with disability needs, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, the hotel was exceptionally clean, the location was conveniently close to the highway, mall, and stores.

There was one negative aspect during our stay. the elevator in the hotel was quite noisy, which was a bit annoying, especially for my daughter who was a bit scared by the noise.
