the hilton garden was clean and well-kept. we loved the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing. it's close to many shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab meals. the staff was friendly and ensured our needs were met during our stay.

Management presence needs to be more consistent to handle issues!!! Room maintenance could use attention, with reports of broken toilets and cleanliness concerns!!! Check-in delays can be frustrating, and elevator services are lacking!!! Be prepared for potential parking hassles due to events!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean Queen Room, beautifully decorated and equipped with a Keurig coffee machine. The outdoor pool was a delightful spot to unwind after a busy day exploring local shops and restaurants.

However, I faced a small hiccup with parking due to nearby events, which made it a bit challenging to find a good spot. Also, the breakfast choices were decent, but I would have liked a complimentary option.

I had a lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery, Eastchase. The hotel was super cute, with rooms that were clean and freshly renovated. The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, who ensured my needs were met during my stay.

Some areas appeared to need attention.

but breakfast options were kinda weird, you had to pay a lot to mix and match. plus, there was a table outside that was broken and had sharp edges, which kinda sucked.
