Great service and friendly staff. the staff members were attentive, especially Wanzella Spencer who provided impeccable customer service. the hotel also catered to my dietary needs as a vegan, with Lynn Williams and Patrick Wilson making it easy for me to enjoy a delicious vegan breakfast. the breakfast options were great, with sautéed vegetables and a spinach wrap that were delicious. Additionally, the hotel showed kindness and compassion towards a man in need, treating him like royalty.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Eastchase for a sporting event and it was perfect! The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. The staff at the front desk was the best we've ever encountered - friendly and helpful. The lobby and room were sparkling clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the Keurig coffee in the room and the convenient breakfast to go box. outstanding hotel experience.

The staff were impeccable and very friendly. The room was gorgeous and well cleaned, and also at a perfect preset temperature. The complimentary coffee was delicious and the pillows were nice and super soft. The lobby decorations were elegant and quite tasteful. Ms. Carolyn Tyus of the front desk welcomed us as if we were staying at her private home. She was friendly, and totally amusing as she engaged us in relevant conversation. My room was fabulous! The common area across the desk, television, and drawers was so huge, I could turn a cartwheel there, if I chose to do so. Showers were clean, housekeeping staff were very friendly, and it was easy to control the temperature in the room. The hallway carpet looked very fresh as well.very, very clean. I love the fact that wipes and sanitizer were readily available in elevators, in the lobby, and in other public areas.the fitness center too. I am SO in love with this hotel. Oh, and did I mention that I could walk across the lot to Burlington and across the street to the outdoor mall. Oh, yeah!

The room we stayed in was wheelchair accessible and they fulfilled our request for a bathroom with the toilet on the correct side, allowing for maximum independence. The staff also removed the bed frame to make the bed lower, which was great for my daughter who is short. They were also accommodating with a later checkout, which was very helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for our organization's meetings and there were many shops and eateries nearby. The front desk clerks were friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was modern and well-kept, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The fresh fruit available after breakfast was delicious. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montgomery.
