The bar service at Hilton Garden Inn Morgantown is excellent. The bartenders, especially Donna, are friendly and provide great service. They even remember your drink from previous visits, which adds a personal touch. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are also great. I'll recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was not as personable or helpful as expected. Despite requesting for our rooms to be close together, we were placed on different floors.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even comping our room for a second night due to a scheduled power outage. This gesture was much appreciated, especially as we needed rest and a shower after our daughter's bowling tournament. a great experience in a fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was situated in a nice shopping center with a good choice of many restaurants. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and numerous shops, making it very convenient. Additionally, it was a short drive to the football stadium and a short drive to downtown, where there were more great restaurants and bars. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, and the staff and housekeeping were great. The breakfast provided was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
