The mattress in my room had a huge tear, and the maintenance staff seemed unaware of it. There was a problem with changing my room when I requested it.

Convenient location near subway, only a few steps away. Clean and comfortable room with great gym. Amazon locker and laundry facilities were a bonus for extended stays. Modern and friendly staff, who provided excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden in Long Island City. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was just a short distance from the subway station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions like Times Square and the World Trade Center. The insulated windows effectively blocked out the city noise, adding to a peaceful stay.
