Timely Late Check-out. We were having so much fun exploring the city that we lost track of time. Thanks to the flexible late check-out option, we were able to have a leisurely morning before heading out. It felt like our own personal "pause" button in the midst of the bustling city.

Confusing Similarities

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right in the heart of the action, just a minute walk from One Times Square Building. Being so close to Times Square and Bryant Park, with a Subway station right on the doorstep, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room, such as the microwave and refrigerator, were very convenient. Not to mention, having a view of the NYE ball drop was a pretty cool feature.

The room size was quite small for the price per night.

The Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central is a city centre sanctuary that offers an abundance of amenities designed to enhance your stay. The location is ideal for both leisure and business travellers, facing Times Square and placing you within walking distance from many of Manhattan's best attractions. the room was fantastic, with a city view and a window that you could open if you wanted "fresh" air or city sounds.

The staff's responsiveness and helpfulness left much to be desired. On various occasions, including check-in and luggage retrieval, the staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This hotel is extremely focused on customer service and making and keeping people happy. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location is perfect, very close to the main subway lines, within walking distance from Grand Central and Penn Station. Plus, the hotel is right by the S subway line that shuttles you directly from Grand Central to Times Square. This was a huge plus when I was dragging my luggage around. The rooms were a decent size for New York with great views looking over Times Square. The hotel also has great facilities to use, and I even had a view of the Empire State Building.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right across the street from Bryant Park and offered a stunning view of Times Square. The staff at the front desk were amazing and offered to hold my backpack for me both before check-in and after check-out. The rooms were a good size, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a coffee machine, iron and ironing board. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the mornings. The hotel also had a great selection of TV channels.

Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden for my first visit to the city. The staff, especially Kristina, Ariadna, and Frank, provided excellent customer service during check-in and check-out. The modern room had all the amenities I needed, including a Keurig Coffee Machine. The daily cleaning service was exceptional. The hotel also offered a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the onsite restaurant, "Pauls," which had great food and friendly staff. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.
