The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our romantic escape. We loved the comfortable bed and the fact that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with plenty of parking available.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There were stains along the walls that looked like the start of mold, which was a bit concerning.

Conveniently located near multiple grocery stores and to the event that brought us to town. The staff were friendly and the room had a wonderful view of some water.

Great service and cleanliness were the best aspects of my stay. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my business trip. the hotel rooms were very clean, which is important to me. Additionally, the hotel's gym was impressive with all the machines in good working order. the convenient location near shopping centers was a plus.

One downside was the feeling of being in a shopping mall parking lot, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel. Another negative aspect was the lack of fruit options for breakfast, which would have been a nice addition.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Newport News. Our travel purpose was to explore the area and relax for a few days. The hotel's location was perfect, with a variety of amenities nearby such as a theater, Starbucks, and a supermarket, all within walking distance. The facilities were exceptionally clean, and the staff provided great hospitality. We were particularly impressed with the comfortable bed, which allowed us to sleep soundly. The breakfast server was friendly and customer service-oriented. The front desk staff, both in the evening and morning, were excellent. our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel.
