I faced challenges with the room's cleanliness, particularly the sheets which felt unclean upon arrival. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of guidance during check-in. a simple map or directions would have made a significant difference. It was dark when I arrived, and navigating the hotel became frustrating without proper signage.

During my recent business trip, I enjoyed my stay primarily due to the excellent breakfast service. Kathy was a standout, greeting me by name each morning and ensuring I had everything I needed. The improvements being made to the rooms were noticeable, which I appreciated, and the location is also quite convenient given the nearby attractions like the Sundial Bridge. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

the room had some stains on the floor, but the breakfast was excellent! 👌 the staff, especially kathy, treated me like family, and the dinner options were good too. the shuttle service was a lifesaver! 🚐

the rooms were a little dated, which I guess is the new trend? plus, some of the other guests were not so nice, clearly a reflection of the establishment’s standards. honestly, I expected a complimentary upgrade for putting up with all this, but alas, it appears even my high expectations are too much to ask for. just couldn’t give a good review.

Take advantage of the complimentary evening cookies in the lobby. they’re an unexpected delight after a long day and a great way to unwind.

I had an absolutely delightful stay! The culinary experience led by Chef Koa was outstanding, showcasing flavors that I never expected in a hotel setting. Plus, the staff treated my dogs like royalty, making our family trip even more special!

Dude, that late check-in was, like, totally no hassle. Greg and the crew at the front desk were so chill. My room was spacious and comfy. Oh, and shoutout to Cathy for being, like, the sweetest waitress! Seriously, every meal was on point. Gotta love that cozy vibe and, like, free ice from the dining room!

Chur, the staff were choice and super helpful, but the place could do with a serious clean—those floors were dirty as. Still, enjoyed the view by the river.

the room size was spacious and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned, which was disappointing.

Loved the spacious room with comfy beds and a great view. The in-house restaurant served amazing dishes, especially the prime rib dinner! Plus, I had the best dining experience thanks to Shelly's attentive service.
