Great customer service! the front desk staff, Carol, was extremely helpful and made sure we got the room we wanted. the views from the hotel were amazing, with beautiful scenery of the mountains. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable rooms.

The hotel being pet friendly caused some issues with noisy guests and their dogs. Additionally, the digital key app did not work well, causing some inconvenience.

Nestled up high on a steep hill, this location is close to everything on the parkway. The view is mesmerizing! The staff was kind and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean.

The location was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the city from our room on the top of a hill. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was impeccably cleaned and incredibly comfortable, and we wish we could have stayed longer. We also appreciated the convenient location, as there was a delicious Chinese restaurant called Cafe Asia just a short drive away. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
