My reservation at Residence Inn was seamless and the check-in process was quick. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and professional. Had a fantastic new year at a certain hotel in Tampa! the hotel provided two complimentary USA today papers daily, as well as free access to their business center which was a lifesaver for printing out last-minute tickets. the hotel’s location near major highways made it easy to get around town. the kitchen area in the suites was so convenient, we saved a lot of money by cooking our own meals instead of eating out.

My only complaint was that the designated smoking area was too close to the entrance, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to walk through. It would be great if the hotel could relocate this space to a more suitable area.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the full kitchen in our room, which was well-stocked with everything we needed. the location of the hotel was convenient, just a short drive from the interstate and plenty of dining options nearby.

The breakfast could have been better, especially compared to other Marriott hotels we have stayed at. the hot foods were dry and the egg sandwiches were soggy.
