Spacious rooms and great vibes

Loved the size of the rooms and the friendly staff. The bar downstairs was a nice touch with strong drinks and amazing food. Location’s super convenient too, close to tons of restaurants and shops.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff, spacious rooms, and central location near restaurants and shopping.

Felt welcomed, no reason to complain.

The staff exceeded all expectations, providing dry towels during a sudden rainstorm and accommodating special requests.

Absolutely no complaints, felt completely satisfied with my stay.

The only downside was that the breakfast choices could have been better, with a wider variety of options.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the friendly and down-to-earth staff at this hotel. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable during our short stay. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The front desk attendant, George, went above and beyond to assist us and even helped us move to a quieter room when our neighbors were being noisy. We also appreciated the convenient location and the exceptional breakfast food and service. Kudos to Terry Jackson at the front desk for being accommodating and assigning us a first-floor room, which was a big help considering we had a lot of luggage.

We felt completely happy with our stay and had no reason to complain.

There were a couple of issues that dampened our experience. we found food under the pullout sofa in our 2 bedroom suite, which was not up to our expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The staff was super sweet and made us feel at home. The hotel room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful decor. The hotel also had a trendy bar with great drinks and the food from the kitchen was amazing! We also loved the central location of the hotel, right off the highway and near plenty of restaurants and shops. this will definitely be our go-to stay whenever we visit the city!

This hotel is a fantastic find! The location is great, just a stone's throw away from the airport, with very reasonable prices considering the amenities available. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are comfortable with all the basic amenities you need for a hassle-free stay.

There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

My stay at Hilton Garden was fantastic! Despite the unpredictable storm, I felt safe and comfortable thanks to the attentive staff, especially Sasha & George. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, with a short Uber ride to downtown and the Riverwalk. The on-site restaurant provided plenty of delicious breakfast options. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal for families as it's near Alamo Heights High school and the airport's departure drop off area. It's also surrounded by good restaurants. The bathroom and room are spacious, clean, and modern with luxurious Neutrogena amenities. However, the breakfast had limited options, and towels were not changed daily.

There were some issues with the housekeeping staff, as they forgot to clean the room for days and provide enough towels.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, and the location was optimal, especially for reaching the departure drop-off area at the airport in the morning. The staff, including the waitress at breakfast, were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of free parking available. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with convenient plug-ins and chargers by the beds. I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, including hot and cold choices, fresh fruit, yogurt, and juices. the serving hours were considerate, with breakfast available until 10 am on weekdays and 11 am on weekends.

There were a few negative aspects. the lack of complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby was disappointing.
