The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The front desk receptionist was friendly and informative, and Mr. Jackson even arranged for my early check-in. The service in the cafe was top-notch, with waitresses who were sweet and attentive. The spacious and well-lit rooms were a delight, and I loved having all the amenities a business traveler needs. The value for money and attention to detail were spot on. I would definitely book here again.

The hotel had friendly staff who were helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having a 2 bedroom suite, which allowed our family to stay together while still having separate bedrooms.

There were a couple of issues that dampened our experience. Firstly, we found food under the pullout sofa in our 2 bedroom suite, which was not up to our expectations. Secondly, when we reported the issue to the front desk, they initially promised to send someone to address it but failed to follow through. This lack of response was disappointing. Despite these issues, we believe that our experience may have been an isolated incident, and we would consider giving the hotel another chance in the future.

This hotel is a fantastic find! The location is great, just a stone's throw away from the airport, with very reasonable prices considering the amenities available. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are comfortable with all the basic amenities you need for a hassle-free stay.

There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is ideal for families as it's near Alamo Heights High school and the airport's departure drop off area. It's also surrounded by good restaurants. The bathroom and room are spacious, clean, and modern with luxurious Neutrogena amenities. However, the breakfast had limited options, and towels were not changed daily.

There were some issues with the housekeeping staff, as they forgot to clean the room for days and provide enough towels.

The hotel area feels safe. Plenty of free parking. Spacious and nicely appointed room with ample plug ins and chargers. Variety of breakfast options with hot and cold choices, including fresh fruit and yogurt. Friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by its decent location, comfortable room amenities like the mini-fridge, and helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The on-site car park was very convenient and the free airport shuttle was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area. Additionally, the fitness centre, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for leisure time. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a huge plus and the business centre was very useful. The 24-hour reception and late check-in/-out made my stay very stress-free. this hotel had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We stayed at a hotel during our Xmas holidays and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and parking. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and shuttle service was available. Plus, we loved the hot tub and sauna, perfect to relax after a busy day.

Our stay wasn't pleasant. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. Additionally, the room was dirty and unorganized, and the bathroom had all kinds of hairs everywhere. We ended up leaving earlier than planned and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The location of Hilton Garden was perfect for exploring San Antonio. There were plenty of dining options nearby and it was easy to get around the city. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The TV had easy access to input channels, so it was a breeze to connect our game system and have some fun. The restaurant staff, especially Lauren, were friendly and provided excellent service. Despite a few minor issues, we still had a positive experience overall.
