Convenience was a key factor in choosing this hotel, as it was located near the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when I had issues printing my boarding pass. The Club Lounge facilities were worth the upgrade, with a fantastic breakfast and helpful staff.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. One of the major downsides was the noise from dogs on the same floor.

We absolutely loved the convenience of this hotel's location! Being right at Terminal 3 of the airport made our travel experience so much easier. We didn't have to worry about catching a shuttle or taxi, as we were just a short walk away from our departure gate. The fact that it is connected to the airport terminal and train station to downtown is a huge plus. It saved us a lot of time and stress.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the airport. The service provided by the staff was friendly and courteous. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including freshly made scrambled eggs and delicious pastries.

I did notice some areas of improvement in terms of the room's soundproofing.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I must say that this place tops the list. The fact that it is located in the Terminal of the airport makes it super convenient for people who are catching connecting flights. It is just a 4-minute ride on the sky train from the airport. The room service was impeccable, and the staff was polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The free airport shuttle was a lifesaver.

We chose to stay in a hotel right at the airport walk into Terminal 3 of YYZ and it was convenient. While the sound-proofed room was comfortable, we heard the noise of planes all night. Breakfast was good, but the price was not justified.
