The Hilton Garden Inn in San Antonio was a pleasant place to stay during my recent trip. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and the check-in process was quick and efficient.

Despite being close to Six Flags, my room was quiet throughout the night, and I slept like a baby. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and quiet.

The room was clean and well, maintained, and the bathroom was elegant with a standing shower. the hotel's shuttle service was excellent and convenient for getting to nearby shops and attractions. I also enjoyed the great breakfast, especially the made, to, order omelettes and pancakes.

The check, in process was confusing as the service desk was located towards the back right instead of the front. Additionally, the employee at check, in treated us poorly when they failed to give us the room with a king bed that we had reserved.

The value for the money was great, as we got a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The location was convenient and the staff treated us exceptionally well, especially the breakfast waitress who made our experience VIP-worthy during her first week on the job.

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. Despite some construction in the area, we had no trouble finding the hotel with the help of our OnStar Navigation. The check-in staff were friendly, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. One particular staff member recommended that we sign up for the reward program, which was a nice perk. The waitress during breakfast was outstanding, providing excellent service and making us feel like VIP guests. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.

Although our recent Easter stay had some hiccups, there were a few things we enjoyed about the hotel. the hotel was located near some great attractions and restaurants, which made exploring the city very convenient.

The bed frame was cumbersome and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. the bathroom was outdated and cramped, with a loud toilet and shower.

Friendly and welcoming staff, hardworking and friendly employees, excellent service during breakfast, personalized attention from staff, clean and well-maintained.

Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast waitress was excellent and treated us like VIPs. A helpful front desk attendant provided suggestions for local entertainment. Some of the staff were pleasant and assisted with check-in and signing up for the reward program. Though the service was slow, the food was good.

Spacious room, comfy bed, huge TV, friendly staff, clean and quiet. Great location with helpful Manager and on-site parking.

Nothing could have been better.
