I was really frustrated with the breakfast selection. The hot food was barely warm, and I had to ask staff to microwave it. I was shocked to find no housekeeping service at all during my four-night stay—have I really got to put my dirty towels outside myself? It felt like no one was actually paying attention to our needs, and I was left feeling very disappointed.

I had a fabulous time staying in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The room was spacious and modern, making my stay very comfortable. Plus, AJ at the front desk was super helpful when I needed extra towels.
