I loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me. It was close to everything I needed and even had some amazing walkable restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service and made me feel right at home. Lastly, my room was fantastic! The bed was great and it came with a spa tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was included, which was a plus!

I was greeted warmly and friendly upon arrival by Shayne, who kindly served us ice water while we waited for our keys to be delivered by manager Deborah. We were quickly checked in to a spacious 1 BR suite on the 4th floor, complete with a spa tub. The hotel offers an indoor pool and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors for socializing and enjoying a drink from the bar. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options at a great price. The hotel's location close to the expressway made it easy to explore the area. The staff at Hilton Garden Inn treated all guests with appreciation and made us feel valued. We had a fantastic visit and will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn for our future stays in Springfield. I highly recommend this hotel for a first-class experience.

We particularly enjoyed the restaurant on Saturday night, where we had a wonderful dinner.

The beds in the hotel were quite uncomfortable. They felt like slabs of concrete with lumpy pieces of foam on top, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The walls were not well-insulated, causing noise to easily penetrate into the rooms. This was especially problematic when there was a party in one of the halls, as the unruly guests kept us awake late into the night.

This hotel in Springfield is perfect for volleyball tournaments in the area, as it is conveniently located close to everything. Situated in a nice residential neighborhood, it's ideal for long walks and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed with a great bed for a comfortable night's sleep. Plus, breakfast is included, making it a great value for money.
