The rooms at Holiday Inn Express were clean and well-appointed. I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Despite the noise by the pool, the overall ambiance was pleasant. The hotel's location required a car, but there was a small convenience store nearby for basic needs. The breakfast options, although haphazard during my stay, had good hot choices. The bathrooms were a standout feature, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the highway and a local mall nearby. the staff was fantastic, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, we enjoyed the clean and well-appointed rooms, which had comfortable beds and pillows.

One major downside was the uncomfortable beds. They were hard and didn't provide a good night's sleep.

We stayed there while our house was being completed from a flood. Great location for the kids to walk to the YMCA and my husband's work. Clean rooms, fast internet, and a delicious breakfast. Loved the pancake machine and the affordable washer/dryer. Thanks for making our stay less stressful!

This hotel is conveniently located near Indian Valley Square, so we had easy access to all the activities we were there for. The rooms, whether with 2 queen beds, a king bed, or a kitchenette, were clean and had basic amenities. The staff were fantastic, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were varied and included some hot food choices, which was a nice touch.

We had an enjoyable stay close to local restaurants and activities in Indian Valley Square, with ample parking and a friendly staff. I had an unexpected stay at the hotel due to my husband being in a nearby hospital, and the manager on duty went above and beyond to help me. She took extra time to gather personal necessities for me and was incredibly friendly and informative. The breakfast staff was also very personable and helpful. The whirlpool tub in our room was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I loved that there were separate thermostats for each side of the bed, and the room had both a standing desk and a movable sitting desk. The hotel is located in a quiet area, not too far from stores and with plenty of eating places nearby. the hotel had a lot to offer in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping. the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean inside and out.

The beds were uncomfortable, very hard, and not what I expected. Additionally, the room I stayed in had a pet-friendly floor, which meant there were stains on the carpet and an old and uncomfortable mattress.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, free breakfast, convenient location near highway and mall, friendly staff.

Nothing to complain about at all.
