I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden. the breakfast staff were engaging and friendly. the decor felt elegant, and the room was clean and quiet. the walk-in shower was a nice touch. Conveniently located off I-75, it’s close to many restaurants.

Rooms are worn and outdated. Breakfast included confusion.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn in West Chester was delightful. We were in town visiting our uncle at a nearby assisted living facility and found the location convenient. the room was quiet and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff, especially at breakfast, was extraordinarily friendly and engaging. the pool and fitness areas were a nice bonus, and the proximity to entertainment and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the cleanliness top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and included a quiet room, inviting lobby, and a nice pool and fitness area. Additionally, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, particularly at breakfast. the location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and proximity to various activities, dining options, and shopping areas in Oxford, Ohio.

We had a spacious and clean junior suite with plenty of room for relaxation. Although the breakfast was not included, it was well worth the $9.95 fee. we were pleased with our stay at Hilton.

Everything is what i need and want.

We stayed in a location with many nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was also very close to all the attractions that are in the area, including the baseball fields. The room was a decent size and the bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't cramped, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The noise level from the outside of the room was a bit too much. The soundproofing wasn't the best, even though the air conditioner worked well at times.

This hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions in the area and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities you need, such as a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Plus, the housekeeping staff keeps them stocked with fresh towels. The breakfast at the pancake house beside the AMC theater is also a highlight, even though it is not included in the room price.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and we were informed of all the amenities upon check-in. They even offered us complementary snacks and drinks, which was a nice surprise. the location was also convenient, it was walking distance to many nice restaurants.

Our room was not cleaned on one of the days we stayed, which was a bit disappointing. When we asked about it, we were told that it was not standard practice to clean the rooms every day.
