As young families, we loved the spacious and bright lobby with separate areas for kids and adults. The indoor pool with 4 whirlpools, including two outside, was fantastic. The hotel also had a health room for workouts, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. the facilities and amenities were great for young families like ours.

Another advantage was the impeccably clean rooms and hotel overall. It felt cozy and comfortable, like a home away from home.

One small downside was that there seemed to be a shortage of staff on Sunday morning, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast area. It would have been more efficient with more hands on deck.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was such a relief for me as I have had multiple back surgeries. The staff went above and beyond by providing extra pillows to ensure my comfort. The pool area was also fantastic, with a nice temperature and hot tubs outside. I loved how clean the hotel was, from the entrance to the patio area where I enjoyed reading. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was close to the downtown Dells area.

Staff was excellent, treated us well. Room clean but not as expected. Breakfast and facilities great. Did not use the pool but fitness room was good. Chef made a beautiful pancake for our anniversary.
