We had an amazing stay at a well-located hotel with great staff. the rooms were fantastic, with high ceilings and good soundproofing. the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide range of options. We especially loved the stunning views of the Duomo from the terrace. We would highly recommend staying at the Grand Hotel Baglioni in Florence.

The views from the rooftop bar were absolutely breathtaking. I could see the entire city and the famous landmarks from up there. It was truly an unforgettable experience. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay and even recommended some hidden gems for me to explore during my free time. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I could easily walk to the Ponte Vecchio, shops, and great restaurants.

The hotel could use some upgrades as it is quite old. the sheets in my room were a bit rough and the pillows were not the best quality.

The staff, from the doorman to the desk staff to the housekeeping staff, went over and beyond with their hospitality, making us feel at home. We loved having a lovely room with a patio overlooking the garden, and the rooftop restaurant was awesome, providing a spectacular view of the city. The room had all the amenities, including soundproofed walls and an in-room safe, and the service room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter.
