I got great value for my money at Hilton Garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with shopping and dining within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We loved staying in the historic district! The hotel was in good condition and had nice beds with comfortable King size mattresses. The staff was helpful and polite, and the breakfast selection was great with fresh food. It was also great value for money.

Breakfast made to order and nice breakfast bar. $14 buffet seemed fairly priced. Rooms were roomy, clean, quiet, comfy. Very nice and helpful staff. Lobby nicely decorated for holidays. Complimentary cookies and coffee. Clean exercise room with variety of equipment. Walking distance to several restaurants. Good maid service.

I stayed at Hilton Garden for a few nights while attending an event nearby. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at their in-house restaurant, served by the accommodating Jose. The central location allowed us to walk to shopping and dining, and having the Ummelina Spa adjoining the hotel was a wonderful convenience. I also appreciated the Deluxe feature of the room, with complimentary snacks and beverages.

I recommend this hotel.

As adventure travelers, we appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, shops, and downtown with its impressive architecture. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to park our new travel trailer in their lot overnight. The close proximity to the freeway made accessing other locations a breeze. The hotel was also very clean, which is always a plus.

We felt truly spoiled during our stay and have no complaints.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the historical district of downtown Yakima and had a really enjoyable experience. the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. I had a comfortable King bed and everything was in good condition. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of options and the quality of the food was top-notch. I especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict made by Enrique, the morning cook.

My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We were in town for a wedding and the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Yakima Downtown were absolutely amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, they provided exceptional service. They were helpful with providing information about the area and even assisted us in getting a cab. The manager on duty was incredibly professional and understanding when we returned late-night from the wedding. Every interaction with the staff was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect and the parking is convenient. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. the location of the hotel was central, making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the snacks and beverages that came with our room were a nice bonus.

The room had some issues that affected our stay. the environmental control did not work, resulting in cold air blowing into the room during the winter.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with a good size. The hotel provides a complimentary coffee bar downstairs, perfect for starting the day. The morning buffet is delicious, with a variety of options including Eggs Benedict, pineapple slices, hash browns, and sausages. a great stay in a charming location.

The hotel corridors could use some updating, as they appear a bit dated and dowdy.

The central location allowed us to easily walk to nearby shopping and dining establishments. Additionally, having the Ummelina Spa connected to the hotel was a great convenience.
