The hotel is located in a charming neighborhood, just a short distance from the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, offering excellent service. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious Brazilian dishes, including fresh fruit. The pool area is stunning, with beautiful views of the mountains.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection does not extend to the rooms, only being accessible by the pool area.

Incredible accommodations and service at Port Louis. We had an issue with our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by moving us. We were impressed by their efficiency and attentiveness. The pool was stunning, offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and featured authentic Brazilian dishes. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The food was tasty and the staff were friendly. the hotel had a nice pool and a large hot tub. the hotel also had a good location, close to shops and parks.

The rooms were old and not clean. the walls had stains and the bathroom had a strange smell.
