I recently stayed at the Hilton in West Palm Beach for one night to attend my granddaughter's cheer competition. The property was beautiful and the lobby had a fresh, updated look. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor bar. Check-out was hassle-free and there were no hidden fees. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

First off, the location was perfect for my needs - right by the marina of Rybovich where I was working, close to the amphitheater, and just back on the road to Daytona beach. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money I received. The rooms were well equipped with a microwave and had a shower instead of tub, which I prefer. Plus, breakfast was included in my rate and offered an excellent selection of options to choose from.

Quick hotel shuttle pick-up from the airport and an excellent selection for breakfast. the room was very nice and comfortable. the hotel's location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport and offering a shuttle service.

There were some miscommunications regarding breakfast being included in the rate, which led to some hassle and interruption during breakfast. the hotel could improve on their customer service, particularly in the restaurant and at the front desk.
