Great location and fun amenities

Really loved the ocean view room and the easy access to the beach. The lazy river and hot tub were awesome! The staff was super friendly, and the buffet had so many tasty options. Just wish the drinks weren’t so sugary, and they could’ve kept up with towel service a bit better.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, tucked away at the back of the main restaurant with live entertainment, in a shopping village, and right on the ocean. The service here is top-notch, with exceptional customer service and a smile from the staff. They made extraordinary efforts to help us and provided us with a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, a balcony, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also offers a range of dining options, including a restaurant with delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, as well as a bar/lounge area for relaxing with a drink. The spa and wellness center is a must-visit, offering a wide range of treatments and services to relax and rejuvenate. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had access to multiple pools, a hot tub, and various waterfront areas, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beach from different spots. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport made our travel experience hassle-free. The breakfast options were satisfying and the staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotlessly clean rooms and well-maintained facilities everywhere on the resort, including the beach. The staff were top-notch, providing warm and friendly service throughout my stay. The location was also perfect, as it was very close to the airport and offered easy access to the hotel's amenities. The breakfast options were delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive, including the waterpark and the tennis courts that doubled as a basketball court.

We had a fantastic time here! We loved the location, right near the shallow area where families with little children tend to gather. The service was exceptional, the staff made extraordinary efforts to help us and were very professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all of the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The dining was excellent, the staff accommodated our requests and the food was delicious.

The hotel offered stunning oceanfront views from our room and had a great selection of pools, including fun water slides that the kids loved. the service and food were excellent, and the staff took mask wearing and cleanliness seriously. It was a perfect break from the constant isolation at home.

The hotel fell short in a few areas. the bathrooms were on the small side, which was a bit inconvenient.

The lazy river at the resort is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You can float along the gentle currents and soak up the sun while taking in the lush greenery. The beach, although it had gobs of seaweed, provides a nice place to walk along the shore and dip your toes in the crystal-clear waters.

The entertainment options at the resort are lacking. There is no live music or exciting activities to keep guests entertained.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the inclusive and accommodating atmosphere of the resort. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, offering fresh and delicious gluten-free and vegan options, including gluten-free pasta. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of fresh towels, toiletries, and a stunning view of the golf course. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent shower and changing facilities for guests with flight delays, ensuring a refreshing end to our stay.

The bedding was comfortable, rooms were spacious. Barbeque theme dinner was good. Facility well maintained and clean. Food quality very good, just no variety. Service fantastic, staff friendly. Amenities include tennis, golf, kids playground, water park. Great location, 20 mins from airport.

This beach resort exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the room provided was more than sufficient, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. the food at the resort was absolutely delicious, and the variety of options available ensured that there was something for everyone's taste. Another aspect that I really appreciated was the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the property was larger than what I'm used to, but I never felt overwhelmed as the staff was always ready and willing to assist.
