The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I had an issue with the noise in my initial room, they quickly switched me to a quieter and more comfortable one. The room itself was great, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel restaurant had a good selection of food, even late at night. The executive lounge breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of choices. I had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning to Hilton in the future.

The location was convenient for dropping off rental cars at the airport. Also, being a loyalty member, I had access to the executive lounge, which was a nice privilege. the rooms were spacious and had great views of the bay. it was a quiet and restful stay before our flight.

Had a great Christmas experience with great complementary services like free breakfast and gym access. the hotel’s location was perfect as it was very near the airport and it made our trip easy. the bay front walking trail was a delight to explore and the staff made our stay more comfortable.

Our room was noisy due to the air conditioning facilities, and the coffee machine was not working properly, but we were relaxed and were too tired to complain.
