The room was super cozy with a nice flat-screen TV and good AC. The bed was comfy and the ironing set was so handy. We loved the private bathroom with a great shower and free toiletries. Some rooms even have a balcony with awesome city views!

Some might find the decor a bit old-fashioned.

This charming is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by colonial Victorian homes. It's perfect proximity to downtown makes it an ideal base to explore the historic area. Rooms are homey and some offer private balconies overlooking the historic district. Guests enjoy a delicious breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming with great knowledge of the area.

The accommodation can be quite cramped at times, and the lack of amenities may disappoint some guests.

Despite the average service, two complementary facts offered were a nice touch. the location was great, just a short walk from shopping and restaurants. the balcony was enjoyable and private.

The terrible service ruined our Christmas at this hotel. the staff was not accommodating at all.

We had a great time staying at this charming B&B. While the decor is a bit outdated, it adds to the overall character and history of the place. I loved the personalized breakfasts, especially the gluten-free options. We did experience a little trouble with the WiFi, but it was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. we would definitely stay here again.

I had an impromptu visit to St. Augustine and stayed at Historic Sevilla House for three nights. The location was perfect, just two blocks away from the main street with restaurants, bars, and attractions. The house had a beautiful, nostalgic charm that transported me back in time. The manager Sunny and Roma were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast each morning was delicious and different each time. The bed was comfy and the room decor was pleasing. I felt welcomed and at home throughout my stay. Will definitely return.

the check-in process was smooth and the owners were extremely nice, making sure we had everything we needed. the house had a cozy and comfortable feel, and our room on the ground floor was convenient. the location was ideal, within walking distance of Old Towne. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. the evening lighting outside added a unique and bohemian touch to the atmosphere.
