Great place to stay! Very clean, safe, and staff is very friendly and efficient. the spa is amazing, and there is a gym available for use. the housekeeping service provided was excellent. the area where the hotel is located is central and convenient. It is close to the Cowboys Star and Frisco Square, as well as the Toyota Stadium for soccer. a wonderful hotel experience.

The room I stayed in was fairly small for the price I paid. It would have been better if there was more room and space to move around, especially when the couch bed was open.

The water in the hotel was hot and the extra towels and washcloths were provided as requested. The breakfast offered at the hotel was good, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the pool was nice and clean, making it a great option for families to enjoy. the staff was amazing and went above and beyond in providing excellent hospitality.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the room had a unpleasant smell, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably.

The front desk workers were amazing, allowing us to check in early for our cheer competition. The room was perfect, clean and fresh, with a great view of the soccer field next door. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. The breakfast was very good, and the older lady who was cleaning up was friendly and didn't waste any food.

The location was convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and easy access to Toyota Stadium for events. I recently stayed at a hotel in Frisco for a quick overnight visit and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was so close to the soccer complex where I wanted to go. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Lastly, the rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a microwave and mini fridge.

The only thing that could have been improved during my stay at this hotel was the noise level.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Frisco area and had a great experience. the location was excellent, just off of the Dallas Parkway, making it easy to get to any and everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a small fridge that came in handy. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good and included in the room rate, which was a nice bonus. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
