I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Holiday Guest House B&B. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by the gracious hosts, Michael and Bill. The charming and tastefully decorated guest rooms were a delight to stay in, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The highlight of my stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by Bill. The French toast with fresh berries was simply divine. The location of the B&B was also perfect, allowing me to easily explore the nearby towns of Kennebunkport, Portsmouth, and Ogunquit. I had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Guest House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and hospitable B&B for their New England getaway.

We had the BEST experience at this bed and breakfast. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel like family. They were incredibly helpful in providing ideas for our stay in the area, which was especially great since it was our first time visiting. The hotel itself was meticulously appointed, and our room was filled with lovely period furnishings. The cleanliness was outstanding, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, including the beautiful gardens with seasonal flowers that added to the ambiance. The location was perfect, with close proximity to numerous wonderful restaurants. Not to mention, the breakfasts were delicious!

The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a bathroom that was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service and their hospitality was top-notch. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with fresh berries served daily. The hosts made sure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of.

The inn keepers were extremely gracious and did everything possible to ensure our comfort. The price of the room included a delicious hot breakfast served in a lovely sun room overlooking the garden. Additionally, the location of the B&B was convenient and close to key attractions.

Some noise from the road kept my husband awake the first night, as he is a light sleeper. However, wearing ear plugs or requesting a room in the back of the house can easily solve this issue.

We chose a perfect location for our vacation at the Holiday Guest House Bed & Breakfast. It was conveniently situated down the coast line, allowing us easy access to various beaches. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The house is adorable and decorated for the time period, very New England! Patrick was an amazing host & Coco was adorable. The mini fridge in the room is a great addition.
