I recently stayed at a hotel in Manila and had a wonderful experience at Kingsford Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast they served was absolutely superb, and they even took the time to personally prepare an egg omelette and papad for me. It truly showed their hospitality and made me feel very happy. Additionally, the checkout process was smooth and efficient thanks to the staff's attentiveness. I would highly recommend Kingsford Hotel to any traveler, as it exceeded my expectations.

Urban hotel with spacious, clean and modern rooms. Good location near casinos. Excellent buffet breakfast with varied food options. Prompt and friendly room service and housekeeping. Gym and pool are well-maintained and enjoyable.

kingsford hotel exceeded my expectations, surpassing my previous stay in manila. the friendly and accommodating staff, along with the amazing amenities, made my experience unforgettable. the location was perfect, close to malls and with a great view. definitely going back!

We loved the location of this hotel as it was within walking distance from the casinos and just a short drive away from the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed such as air conditioning, free toiletries, and an electric kettle. We especially enjoyed the poolside snack bar and the spa centre with its full body massage and steam room. The free wi-fi in our room was also a big plus.

I recently stayed at Kingsford Hotel for 3 nights during a business trip. The staff response to our needs was wonderful, especially the manager of the room service team, Maam Lani. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. I was impressed with how quickly my suite bedroom door was fixed, thanks to the security manager at the lobby. The location was convenient, close to the airport and Ayala Mall. The staff, especially the room attendant Jed, were accommodating and friendly. The sauna, steam room, fitness center, and pool bar services were enjoyable. a great value for money with excellent amenities.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the major shopping mall and the airport. It was convenient for me to get to all the places I wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and I enjoyed it every morning during my stay. The staff at this hotel were incredibly professional and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and it felt like everything was new and well-maintained.

Staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting and offering assistance. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The size of the room and bed were perfect for a couple and a toddler.

The temperature in the lobby was a bit hot when it was packed. The bathroom needed cleaning and it lacked a pleasant scent.

During my stay at Kingsford Hotel, the housekeeping on the 18th floor was absolutely fantastic. There was one particular housekeeper who went above and beyond to assist us when our keycard didn't work and we couldn't access our room. She was incredibly helpful and promptly opened our door for us. Additionally, the pool and sauna facilities were a great way to relax and enjoy our stay.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay at Kingsford Hotel. the restaurant served terrible food, with the pizza being microwaved and lacking quality.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for travelers who want to minimize their travel time. Additionally, it is within walking distance of casinos, providing entertainment options for guests. The modernized area where the hotel is situated ensures good traffic flow and is close to major shopping malls, such as SM Asia or Ayala.

The variation of breakfast menu is limited.

Had a great Xmas holiday and enjoyed my stay in the hotel! The hotel staff offered complimentary breakfast buffet and a shuttle service to and from the airport which was very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to transportation and shopping centers. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the swimming pool area which was clean and well-maintained.

There were a few things I didn't like about the hotel. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and made the room too humid or too cold.
