The lobby bar and grill were a convenient spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this place during my recent trip. The location was fantastic and allowed me to easily access all the areas I visited. The service provided was excellent, from the room service to the housekeeping. The amenities in my room were great, I particularly appreciated the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee-making facilities. The outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and garden furniture was a lovely touch and allowed me to relax and enjoy the warm weather. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a warm welcome drink upon arrival.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Blue Ridge Parkway for a weekend getaway. The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to the highway, restaurants, and stores. Our room had a beautiful Mountain View and overlooked the pool area, which was a great place to relax. The room was spacious and had a large TV, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The location is perfect, and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. I absolutely loved the Mountain View rooms, they were breathtaking! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and I definitely plan on staying here again. I also appreciated the convenience of the lobby bar and grill, where I could enjoy a drink without leaving the hotel.

One minor drawback was that the restaurant in the hotel wasn't recommendable. I had breakfast there and found it overpriced for what I received.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered discount tickets to popular tourist destinations nearby. the staff was helpful and accommodating whenever I needed anything. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was close to a dog trail for my furry friend to enjoy.

The room was uncomfortable due to a drafty window, making the heat a necessity. the soap provided for showering was very oily, making the shower floor dangerously slippery.

As a family, we absolutely loved the fantastic staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The young lady at the front desk was amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with heavenly pillows that ensured a great night's sleep. The added touch of goodies in the room for my husband's birthday was a delightful surprise. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner at the restaurant was even more impressive. The bartender took our carry-out order and kept his promise of calling our room when it was ready. The hotel also had a beautiful landscaped area with a pool, firepit, swing, and comfortable chairs. It was a great value and we will definitely be looking for IHG hotels in the future.

This hotel offered great value for money. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean and had a mountain view, which provided an opportunity to get some fresh air.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our Christmas break. Located on a crossroads with plenty of traffic and close to everything in town, we found the beautiful decor and quiet location perfect for a peaceful vacation. Our room was large and clean, and the bed was super comfortable with large pillows. We enjoyed dinner at the Woodfire Bar & Grill and loved the excellent customer service. There was even a little store with good prices.

The barking and fighting dogs were disturbing and made it hard to sleep past 7 for those who are not dog lovers.

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful western mountain lodge decor, which made me feel like I was staying in a national park lodge. The attention to detail, especially with the holiday decorations, was impressive. The staff were absolutely delightful, providing great service throughout my stay. The restaurant served top-notch food, with the BBQ ribs being some of the best I've ever had. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and a short drive to downtown and other attractions. The mountain views from the rooms were breathtaking, and the pool area offered a stunning front yard view of the mountains. The rooms themselves were comfortable, with updated features and extremely comfortable beds. And to top it all off, the included breakfast was a great addition to my stay.

We recently stayed at a franchise Holiday Inn in Asheville for our visit to the Biltmore Estate. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the lobby building and the friendly staff. They were incredibly accommodating, especially with our furry friend who accompanied us on the trip. The hotel grounds were perfect for our dog, with ample space for them to run around. The owner and his wife's design and decor made this Holiday Inn truly unique and impressive. The restaurant, pool, and rooms were all well-maintained, clean, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel for future visits.
