We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the parking lot was a great convenience and the room had all the modern amenities we could ask for, including a kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful, well-ventilated bathroom. the big window with remote-controlled drapery was a nice touch. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be choosing Residence Inn for our future trips to Buffalo.

On-site free parking and a restaurant attached were a bonus, and there was also a Walgreens next door. a great location with comfortable accommodations.

Check-in was a hassle as there was an unexpected $250 incident fee due upon arrival. It would have been better if this fee was only charged in the event of actual incident or damage.

There were some concerns about safety, as one guest found a discarded hypodermic needle in the parking lot.

We had a lovely stay at Residence Inn. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kelsea who quickly resolved a reservation issue. The suite was perfect for our family, providing a relaxing space after our child went to sleep. The location was ideal for our visit to Buffalo, with great scenery nearby. We also appreciated the dining room, where the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we arrived late. The room was clean and comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for more.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel - it was a great value for money. The staff were very attentive to detail, and the hotel was located in a beautiful area of Buffalo just near the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had basic amenities like a fridge and microwave. I loved the view from my room with a nice view over the downtown of the city. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious and good value for the price.
