We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and overlooking the scenic riverfront. We were able to easily explore downtown and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere without all the noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We were also impressed by the hotel's atrium, which had a cool and inviting atmosphere. The fact that there were many families around added to the friendly vibe of the place. we were thoroughly impressed with our experience here.

The room size was impressive, beds were great, and the city view was amazing. The hotel staff, especially Ignacio at the bar, were friendly and accommodating. The pool, gym, and sauna facilities were excellent, and housekeeping was very friendly.

The view from my room at Holiday Inn was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the stunning sights of the city skyline.

Despite the minor inconvenience of the AC not working properly, the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy.

Confusing Check, In Process , the entrance to the hotel and the check, in location were a bit confusing to find. Clearer signage indicating the check, in area would have been helpful to avoid any confusion or frustration upon arrival.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and quality of service provided. The location of this venue is fantastic, right at the river front in a very active area with plenty of things to do in downtown. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

The room service, although a bit pricey, was efficient and timely, and took great care of my food. The hotel's proximity to my office was a huge convenience, as I could easily walk to everything in the vibrant and active area. Plus, it was close enough to all the bars and restaurants, allowing me to enjoy the city's nightlife. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had an excellent location, making it super close to everything we wanted to do in this city. We walked to Union Station and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Gino's on LaSalle. The view from our Cityview room on the 19th floor was amazing, overlooking the Chicago skyline and the river. The room was clean and cozy, and the indoor walk through Merchandize Mart to the CTA rapid train was convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet included in our room rate was generous, and we found the front desk staff to be nice and flexible. Special mention to Robert the door man, who provided 5-star service and assisted us on several occasions.
