We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff in the breakfast area were extremely friendly and accommodating. The selection of food was excellent, with hot eggs and sausage being replenished regularly. We even had a special plate made for us without fruit due to allergies. The customer service was top-notch.

The modern feel of the hotel and the clean rooms and bathrooms were great. the hotel is conveniently located near a mall and has a delicious breakfast buffet. the check-out time at 12 was a plus.

The clientele at the hotel was not ideal, which made me uncomfortable for my family. the front desk staff lacked knowledge beyond check-in, and the beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Not obvious to find entrance. The signage could be improved to make it easier for guests to locate the entrance.

This hotel was a hidden gem for me. The meeting room was a pleasant surprise with its spaciousness and beautiful decor. The staff was friendly and the food served during the Chamber luncheon was delicious. The hotel also offers basic amenities like fridges and coffee makers in the rooms, making the stay convenient. I also appreciated the modern and well-kept room with comfortable beds. It was truly a value for money experience.

There was one minor disappointment, the dessert served during the luncheon seemed off in flavor and was slightly frozen. Otherwise, everything was enjoyable.

Had a great Easter weekend! It was wonderful to be greeted by the friendly staff with chocolate bunnies on arrival. the hotel location was perfect, with quick access to the city and tourist attractions. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with some hot and cold options. We really enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and allowed us to stream our favorite Easter movies.

The shower was a bit small and cramped, and the water pressure was low. the mattresses were a bit too firm for our taste.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the location was incredibly convenient, right off Interstate 95 and close to both Columbia and Baltimore. It made navigating the area a breeze. Additionally, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. We were particularly impressed with the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We appreciate that this hotel met all of our needs and provided great value for money.
