the noise level in the hotel was unbearable. We had to endure a group of people constantly walking back and forth between two rooms and causing a disturbance in the hallway from midnight to 3am.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. One particular incident stood out to us. We had forgotten our wine bottle opener, but the hotel allowed us to bring the wine to the bar and have it opened for us. They even provided us with wine glasses to enjoy in our room. The rooms were nice and clean, and we appreciated the efforts made to maintain cleanliness. The lounge area was also very clean and well-maintained. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff in the restaurant were extremely kind and looked after us during our two-week stay, especially considering our difficult circumstances. The presence of a microwave and kettle downstairs in the snack shop was also immensely helpful for us, allowing us to eat at odd times while we were coming and going from the hospital. We truly felt happy and well-cared for during our stay.
