Responsive staff provided excellent customer service.

Parking was quite a hassle as spaces were tiny, making it difficult to find a spot, especially for larger vehicles. The room I stayed in felt dated and lacked amenities like a microwave, which is usually a standard offering. Furthermore, I encountered issues with the front desk. my calls from my cell phone went unanswered, which compounded my frustrations during the stay.

The location was perfect for after a long day exploring Seattle with my family, especially with three teenagers wanting to grab a quick snack at the Starbucks in the hotel. The staff was friendly and ensured smooth check-in, a huge plus for us.

My wife says that parking was a hassle, especially with a family car.

the location is amazin, super close to lots of restaurants and shops. the check-in was really smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. my room was clean and comfy, had all the needed stuff like an iron and good wifi. they also have a bar area, perfect to chill at night. parking was secure, but be careful cause the spots are tight.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with my bags on my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

Had a walk around the lobby area , it was bright and open for business. The staff was friendly , dealing with questions and requests with ease.
