The Holiday Inn New Orleans-Downtown Superdome provided a comfortable stay with a cozy bed and labeled pillows. The balcony offered fantastic city views, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Despite not trying the breakfast, the location was convenient for nearby attractions like the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum, enhancing our family bonding experience. The swimming pool and rooftop pool added relaxation to our stay. However, pre-charging my account before arrival was inconvenient.

Our stay at this downtown New Orleans hotel was an enjoyable experience for our family. The proximity to the Loyola Ave Streetcar provided us with convenient and cost-effective transportation to explore the city. We soaked in the vibrant jazz performances and murals at Buddy Bolden Breezeway, immersing ourselves in the local music scene.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Carie from the concierge. The lobby had refreshing lemon water, and there's a hidden gem pizza place nearby. Some minor issues, but overall, a clean hotel in an ideal location for exploring New Orleans on foot. Great value for your stay!

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and comfortable. The location was convenient and close to public transportation options. However, there were some noise disturbances due to nearby construction and slow service for basic requests.

We could easily hop on the Loyola Ave Streetcar to explore the city and hit up the Buddy Bolden Breezeway for some chill jazz vibes. The staff was super cool and gave us the lowdown on all the local haunts and happenings.

The only thing I'd ask for is a more happening rooftop hangout spot at the hotel where young party-goers like us could kick back and soak in the New Orleans nightlife even more.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the French Quarter and other attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff, including the front desk workers and bartenders, were amazing and provided excellent service. We felt safe and well-cared for, especially when the security guard went above and beyond to ensure our safety. The restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. a great value for our money!

The location was ideal, close enough to downtown but not too noisy. The room was spacious and clean, with great decor and amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast buffet had delicious options and the wait staff was friendly. Special mention to Ingrid the bartender, who was fantastic and gave great recommendations.

The rooms were comfortable with a large, firm bed. The location was convenient, with a close walk to the Amtrak station and nearby restaurants and amenities such as Walgreens and coffee shops. The presence of security in the lobby at night was reassuring.
