I recently stayed at a hotel in Springfield for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The pool was clean and the outdoor area was a great place to relax. Everything we needed was conveniently located nearby. I will definitely be staying here again!

The beds were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the facility seemed to be new and well-maintained.

There were some unpleasant experiences during our stay. We encountered noise disturbance from a late-night party outside our window, which affected our sleep.

Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel! the breakfast buffet had amazing choices, especially the waffles and fresh fruits. the staff were all very friendly and helpful too. the location was perfect, just minutes away from all the best attractions. Plus, the room was very clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities.

My stay was not completely perfect as the air conditioning unit was blowing directly on my face at night, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. But, overall it was a minor issue and it didn't ruin my Christmas spirit.
