We loved the location of this hotel, right in the center of New Kingston. It was so convenient to be close to shops, commercial services, and medical facilities. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to ironing facilities. The hotel staff was always happy to help and provided excellent service. From check-in through check-out, they made sure we had a pleasant stay.

The staff, including Tatyana at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide selection of fruit, cereals, and cooked Caribbean and US/UK breakfast items. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to access the beach and tourist shops. We also appreciated the on-site transportation services provided by JUTA for our tour.

Breakfast options disappointing.

I recently stayed in a hotel in the uptown business district, and I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. After a busy work day, I was able to easily access cool nightlife spots that were just a short walk away. The hotel was close to the "night life," yet sufficiently far to ensure a perfect rest. Furthermore, I found the prices to be more affordable compared to other cities in the islands. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the south coast. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always resolving any issues quickly. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of fresh exotic fruits. I was impressed with the facilities and room advantages, such as the laundry service and the option to request a specific room.

The pool was quite small.

The hotel also offers a full buffet breakfast for two, which was a great savings compared to other hotels. The free Wi-Fi for two devices was a bonus, as I had both a laptop and iPad. The location in New Kingston was convenient and safe, with nearby restaurants and attractions. I loved my stay at Courtleigh Hotel & Suites and would consider staying there again.

Switch to pegasus hotel was unexpected.

The noise level was unbearable, especially during the Christmas season. There were constant concerts and karaoke nights happening nearby, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
