The receptionist, Brenda, gave us a warm welcome and made sure our room was a priority, even though it wasn't ready when we arrived. The room exceeded our expectations and the amenities like the gym and pool were great. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly. We especially loved the stand-alone shower, which was a unique feature. The shuttle service was reliable and prompt. we had a fantastic experience and appreciate Brenda's hospitality.

I enjoyed my Christmas stay at a hotel in Yorkville. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing and cozy environment. the staff, especially the lady who checked us in, were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was conveniently situated in a key area, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better. there were some noise disturbances during the night, particularly from guests in the rooms above us.
